left work early to make it before there 4:30 pm closing time, and managed to walk up to the counter at exactly 4:05 pm. My fiance and I were looking to complete a marriage application. The girl informed us that it could take up to 30 minutes to complete this and since they are closing at 4:30 pm, she refused us service. There was also not a single other customer in there, and two other employees with nothing to do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you go into this place for anything .... good luck! They will search for any excuse possible to turn you away. Even the fact that they are 25 minutes from closing seems to be a good enough reason for them to turn away customers. Have never seen a registry office run so poorly.

WELL MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A DAY OFF TO GET IN TO AB REGISTRIES BECAUSE THEY'RE OPEN FOR ALL OF WHAT SEEMS LIKE 2 HOURS A DAY! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PILL, 'CAUSE THIS WON'T BE CHILL MY MAN. 5/7 WOULD NOT SNAP IN TO AGAIN.LUKE IS A PRETTY CHILL GUY THOUGH, MACHOMAN APPRECIATES HIS PERSONA.
Terrible hours ran by rude staff. Their hours are 9am-noon, and only tuesday-thursday. That's it. No one wants to work here because of the terrible owner.
Wouldn't accept my class 1 medical, doctor stated I did not have diabetes, but left out when my last hyperglycemic attack was because I did not have diabetes, they wouldn't accept it, called doctor he told me to go to cold lake or St Paul and try, sure enough cold lake took it no problem, no arguing, tri town registries made it a very easy and enjoyable experience.
Called within 30 minutes of their closing to ask a quick question regarding their services and they wouldn't answer. Their hours are not compatible with most people who work. The staff does move things along quickly though which is appreciated. The people at the desk do work hard.
