Staff are terrible!!!!! They don't know the customer service at all!!!Vets are good though just the front liner people aren't very nice!!!!

My brothers dog got ran over this vet advertises for a 24 hour emergency service ....... they will not even answer your call no return call nothing. FALSE ADVERTISING think about this BEFORE you go to the vet not when you are in the position we were in. Had to drive another 45 min before even finding a vet open to look at her after hours.
