I checked into this hotel on Thursday, July 19th and I was only suppose to stay for 2 nights. I have friends who live in town and could have stayed with them, but thought I would try this property out. I ended up staying for an additional 2 nights (4 in total). The staff were amazing from check in, during my stay and upon check out. I can honestly say that I have not had such exceptional customer service in a really long time. The staff at this hotel are doing it right and should be an example for other hotel chains out there and anyone in the customer service industry for that matter. I will stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it to anyone going to Bonnyville, Alberta. Thank you to all of the staff at the Best Western Bonnyville Inn & Suites. You are amazing!
Amazing hotel. Have stayed in the Comfort Inn in town quite a bit and regret not finding this place sooner.Very good amenities, gym equipment is high end. Games rooms and sports/racing simulators are great to play while staying here.Customer service couldnt be better.
Very friendly staff. Trevor and Jim were great. Hot breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located next to a Tim Horton's for all of you coffee addicts. Didn't get to try out the simulator games room. Bonnyville is beautiful in summer. So many lakes.
This is absolutely the best place to stay in Bonnyville. Sure the racing and sports simulators are cool. The gym and massage chair are nice touches. My favourite part however, is the front desk staff. They are all so lovely and friendly and are fun to have a bit of banter with after a 12 hour work day. The rooms are clean and cozy and the internet works well. All in all a good place to stay for the price.
Clean rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is decent and they switch things up which keeps it interesting. Rooms have TELUS so good channel options. Racing and sport simulators are fun. There is a gym but haven't tried it. Also a rec room with ping long and fooseball. Barbecue outside available if you want to cook your own meal.
