Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy room. Comfy beds.
Great hotel and at a decent price. There's a Boston Pizza and McDonald's within walking distance from the hotel. If you stay at the hotel there are cards for a 15% discount at the Boston Pizza across the parking lot. Very convenient!
Decent place to stay, unfortunately they stopped serving breakfast at 5am and started doing it at 7am when most of the overnight guests are gone. They are starting to cheap out and I'll probably start staying somewhere else because of it.
Terrible first experience - the plumbing in the toilet ran all night, really noisy. In the morning, there was no (and I mean absolutely none) food. Apparently their delivery truck hadn't arrived (isn't that something management should be on top of?). When I went to ask about it, had to track down the staff in the laundry room where they were all chatting. Then they 'misplaced' my request for a late checkout, and called the room 3 times while I was on my cel on an important conference call. Skip it - there's way better options in Bonnyville (Holiday Inn Express, for one).
Staff are nice, the rooms are clean (although quite small in comparison to other hotels), and the breakfast isn't bad. There's a decent tv and fridge in the rooms but there is no freezer in the fridge just a heads up.
